Tony Marcon has worked directly with both private equity firms and portfolio companies on all levels of insurance program placement and service for eighteen years. He began his career in risk management for Sedgwick, a major international insurance brokerage firm. Before co-founding Equity Risk Partners a decade ago, he was Vice President for Aon Risk Services in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He holds an undergraduate degree from Union College as well as an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.
