Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA - Equity Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerages in the U.S., has announced the addition of Jeff Rubocki as Managing Director – Executive Liability. Mr. Rubocki will be based in the firm’s Chicago office and will be responsible for delivering brokerage and due diligence consulting services in Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and related areas.

Mr. Rubocki has spent the past eight years as a team leader at Marsh managing the delivery of Executive Liability insurance services and products to a wide variety of privately held companies. During his time at Marsh, he also worked with several large insurance companies to develop customized policy forms and endorsements. Jeff was an underwriter at both Chubb and CNA insurance companies.

Mr. Rubocki graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. While at Pennsylvania, he also competed on the men’s swimming team.
