Difference-In-Condition (Earthquake/Flood/Wind)

This coverage is designed to close specific gaps in standard insurance policies. It allows coverage to be customized to extend to such exposures as water damage, flood, collapse, earthquake, landslide, etc., according to your specific needs.

• Earthquake. Deductible options, broad forms, mini forms, and other options are available for your unique property and situation.
• Flood. We can arrange for primary flood coverage with the National Flood program.
• Wind. We have access to all various state wind pools, and we can also secure additional limits where needed.
