Specifically, I declare that I have:

• always used my best efforts to provide clients with the most competitive quotes in terms of both price and coverage;
• appropriately represented the exposures, claims history, and business operations of my clients;
• never requested "B bids" or engaged in any other process that would artificially inflate the results of the marketing process;
• not engaged in any process that would artificially stymie the natural competitive marketing process;
• no knowledge of any person employed by Equity Risk Partners engaging in the aforementioned practices.
