Key Experience: Over 20 years risk management experience in the chemical, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare industries. As Vice President of Risk Management for The Cooper Companies, Inc. in the 1980’s and 90s, Ms. Murray gained extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of both the acquiring and divesting company. Seven years insurance brokerage experience as a Vice President for Marsh managing high tech, biotech, managed care and long term care accounts.

Additional Background: Specializes in risk assessment, program design and implementation and alternative risk financing particularly for large, complex risks with international exposures. Ms. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of San Francisco.
